PUBLIC WI-FI TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Agsensio Pty Ltd trading as Zetifi)

When you connect to a free public Wi-Fi service (the Service) provided by Zetifi, these are the terms and conditions (the Terms) you must agree to. Please read them carefully.

If you do not accept or agree to be bound by these Terms then you must not access or use the Service.

Zetifi may change these Terms at any time. Users must review these terms each time they access the Service.

Accessing the Service: Users must be at least 18 years old or obtain parental consent, and they are responsible for data transmission through the Service. The Service is for personal use, not commercial purposes.

Usage Guidelines and Limits: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, refrain from illegal or malicious activities, and be responsible for their online actions. Prohibited activities include distributing infringing material, transmitting defamatory content, engaging in harmful behaviour, sending unsolicited emails, unauthorized access, malicious activities, illegal downloading or file sharing, harassment, impersonation, inappropriate content, bandwidth abuse, unsolicited commercial activities, access point spoofing, and violating local laws. Users must also ensure they do not compromise the security or functionality of any equipment. Adherence to these rules is essential for a safe and respectful online environment and network integrity.

Availability and Reliability: The Wi-Fi service is provided as a complimentary service with no guarantees on availability or reliability of the Service. It is subject to occasional interruptions for maintenance, and may be unreliable and prone to disruption, disconnection and performance issues. You acknowledge that Zetifi may, at their discretion, apply a time limit to access and use, or apply bandwidth and or other restrictions to data use through the Service.

Privacy and Security: Users are cautioned about the inherent security risks of public Wi-Fi and the absence of guarantees regarding data security. Users are advised to exercise caution as the Service may be unreliable and lacks security guarantees. Please refer to:

Content Filtering: Content filtering may be applied to maintain a family-friendly environment.

Service Termination: Zetifi reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Wi-Fi service at any time without notice.

Liability: Zetifi disclaims liability for various forms of loss or damage related to the Service and user actions. The Wi-Fi service is provided “as is” without warranties.

Breach of Terms and Termination: Non-compliance with the terms may result in the suspension or termination of Service access.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia, and any unenforceable provisions do not invalidate the remainder.
